This is a fuel pump for the 201,218 and the 230 cu in. 6 cylinder Flat head engines . The pump comes with a gasket. These were used from 1936-1956 trucks . We know engines were replaced over the years so see picture and check if this is the style you have. Note the arm / lever .There are basically two styles for the 6 cylinder engines . The other style is our part # F-270
